As president of ECBuild, Ivan oversees all operations and activities. Over the last 30 years, Ivan has held various leadership positions in the construction industry including jobsite supervision, coordinator, and project management. His experience and exposure to various types of construction projects and roles provides him with a unique perspective in the face of challenges to the firm. Ivan received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Pennsylvania State University, is a USGBC LEED Accredited Professional, and is an active member of the International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers (ISPE).

Aitor has led, both nationally and internationally, some of the most significant pharmaceutical projects for medical device, aseptic filling, chemical, and cell therapy manufacturing. He enjoys and thrives in complex projects where speed to market and high quality are the main project drivers. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Civil Engineering from Drexel University and his 20-year experience working on science and technology manufacturing projects positions him as an instrumental part of ECBuild’s leadership team.

As General Superintendent of field operations Craig ensures the safety, timeliness, and quality of all construction projects. Craig’s hands-on approach allows him to remain detail-focused while still successfully overseeing the broader scope of each project. Craig joins the ECBuild team with 24 years of experience supporting a variety of projects within the pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries. Craig is trained in process piping and HVAC systems and LEED certified in new construction.

Jared has led and contributed to many notable buildings across a variety of industries including, Science and Technology, Healthcare, Sports and Entertainment, Corporate, and Academic. Over the last 25 years, Jared has held various leadership positions at architecture, engineering and interior design firm, EwingCole and places great value on his broad exposure to multiple disciplines and aspects of the design and construction business. Jared holds a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering from Penn State University and a Master of Science in Civil/Structural from Villanova University.

Michael has over 23 years of experience specializing in pharmaceutical and laboratory construction. He provides home office and on-site management and staff supervision to ensure successful, safe, and timely completion. Mike makes decisions regarding cost analysis and budget control, scheduling, quality, and safety, monitors all reports for timelines and accuracy, and maintains communications with ownership, the design team, and trade/contractors. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.

Scott oversees the Maryland and DC Metro office operations. His nearly 30 years of experience in this market has exposed him to various roles and numerous types of projects. He has joined EC Build after a 20-year tenure at a Baltimore based GC. Scott’s management and leadership skills allow him to ensure that he and his teams are successful in providing projects that meet and/or exceed client’s expectations. He believes that repeat clients are the best clients, so he endeavors to build relationships that foster this belief. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Utica College of Syracuse University. He is also a USGBC LEED Accredited Professional.

Reg joined the ECB team with over 23 years of experience in the industry after working for two reputable Construction Management firms. As Project Executive, Reg provides leadership and experience on all aspects of construction management operations. He has experience in various sectors of the industry including: Healthcare, Higher Education, Sports, Performing Arts, Hospitality and focuses on client relationships, team building and employee development. Reg holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from New York University – Polytechnic School of Engineering and is a LEED AP BD+C accredited professional.

Keith is responsible for overseeing operations in North Carolina and the surrounding states. With almost 26 years of experience in this region, he has held various executive and operational roles and has worked on numerous types of projects. Keith has a diverse background in Federal, State, Higher Education, Science & Technology, and general commercial construction. One of Keith's strengths lies in collaborating with clients to help them transform their vision into a final product. He excels in pre-construction, estimating, and operational phases, ensuring that projects align with clients' goals. Prior to joining EC Build, Keith successfully managed operations for a similar company that operated across the southeast. Keith graduated from Clarkson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. Additionally, he is a licensed General Contractor qualifier in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia, demonstrating his expertise and qualifications in construction management.

With fifteen years of successful outside sales experience/management, Bill has developed a proven ability to generate new business, build repeat business, and establish long-term positive customer relationships at all levels. He has a professional background in Mechanical/Industrial Contracting, Design/Build, Consulting, and CQV services in manufacturing for biologics, pharmaceuticals, advanced therapies, and food/beverage. With his full circle background, Bill brings a wealth of knowledge from early concept, through design and construction and into start-up/commissioning, for all-size projects. His passion is providing clients with solutions, successfully executing projects, and exceeding expectations. Bill oversees business development for ECBuild in Maryland, North Carolina, Texas, and Georgia, focusing on S&T, Healthcare, and Higher Education.
